At Uproot Farm we grow over forty different types of vegetables. The list below will give you an idea of what you may receive in your box during the season.
It is our goal to provide some type of salad green each week as well as a cooking green.
Early Summer:
Salad greens, arugula, bok choy, radishes, kohlrabi, snap peas, head lettuce, kale, broccoli, cabbage, scallions, spinach, beets, carrots, Swiss chard, broccoli rabe, and salad turnips.

Mid-Summer:
Summer squash, slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, green beans, carrots, beets, golden beets, eggplant, sweet peppers, hot peppers, okra, tomatillos, cucumbers, cilantro, basil, parsley, thyme, dill, chives, cantaloupe, watermelon, Swiss chard, kale, radishes, salad greens, broccoli, cabbage, sweet fresh onions, potatoes, and fennel.

Late Summer/Early Fall:
Broccoli, cauliflower, baby bok choy, cabbage, radishes, sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, fennel, salad greens, arugula, head lettuce, spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, onions, salad turnips, leeks, broccoli rabe, potatoes, celery root (celeriac), turnips, rutabagas, parsnips, parsley, cilantro, thyme, collard greens, winter squash, tomatoes, and sugar pie pumpkins.
