1 ¼ lbs. green tomatoes (about 8), finely chopped
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 small red onion, chopped
Juice of 1 ½ limes (about ¼ cup)
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
