Chinese Cabbage Salad

From From Asparagus to Zucchini

5 cups shaved Chinese Cabbage
2 tbsp rice vinegar
¾ cup sliced or shredded radish
4 tbsp sesame oil
1 ½ cups chow mein noodles (the crunchy ones)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 cup crushed peanuts
½ to 1 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup sesame seeds

Combine cabbage, radish, chow mein noodles, peanuts, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with the cabbage a little at a time. Mix in just enough dressing to suit your taste. 6-8 servings.
