These ideas came from my cousin who loves sage, but cooks from memory- and she’s quite a cook!
Pound a chicken breast with sage leaves and prosciutto, dust with flour, pan fry, deglaze the pan with white wine, lemon juice and white wine vinegar. Add green onions, cook down. Whisk in cold cubed butter. Great with asparagus and cooked spinach
Thin cut pork, dip in lemon juice rub in sage, either grill or pan fry
