Strawberry, Basil, and Feta Salad

1 cup slivered almonds or walnuts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
1 pint strawberries
3 tbsp (or more to taste) fresh basil, slivered/chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

In a bowl prepare dressing by whisking together garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and olive oil. In a large bowl toss together the nuts, lettuce, strawberries, basil, and feta. Top with dressing, toss and serve.
